A case of pulmonary cryptococcosis with miliary shadows of the lung

Abstract

|
Author experienced a case of pulmonary cryptococcosis with miliary shadows of the lung in 13 year old male patient.
So we reported with literature review briefly as follows. He had the. complaints of dyspnea sputuq.. sorethroat, chest X-ray showed miliary shadows, so we were treated antituberculosis therapy under the impression of miliary tubeculosis, but the symptoms were more aggravated.
We were comfirmed by CSF examination revealed crytococcus cyst. In spite of treatment, he died of respiratory failure.
